He really is the epitome of a professional cricketer as he loss the captaincy when he really didn’t deserve to do so but carried on and still played a role within the team!!!

It was also his idea to have Hetmyer bat a 3 and he was the one that motivated him to take on the role!!!

Yep...very cerebral. I would like to see him continue to work on playing spin bowling.


That being said I wish Alvin Isaac Kallicharran was youthful enough to take up the role of batting coach.

Agreed re Powell. The ultimate professional and team -player. He lost the captaincy but did not act like a spoilt child and retired like someone else, but instead re-committed himself to the team.

in total agreement,also I'm sure was a better captain than Shai who just doesn't have a captains instinct....an if dats not bad enough he's not the luckiest having lost 22 outta the last 28 tosses including 6 of 7 in the tournament!!!
