Except that Iran has stated that it did not bomb Azerbaijan unless this is today. Iran asserts that mossad / cia set off that bomb and one that was headed to Türkiye to get the EU involved in the conflict against Iran to protect NATO members

it further said that it has revealed fully which places it has bombed
