Why is it we don't have a 2nd XI comp to the FC comp?

I said this a while back either a 2XI and/or an under23 competition

Only 11 players can be on a team, players like Lawes and Dorne etc should be playing at the regional level

All the academy,ccc players sitting idle. I am sure the universities, colleges, high schools and clubs with better than average facilities will gladly host some of these matches. Cost for meals, hotels, groundsmen, preparation and transport can be shared with local board, government and corporate sponsorship if negotiations are done correctly. This can be seen as a development league that seeks to unearth hidden talent in the region in the red ball format. 3 day games. Non first class status.

agreed..... i think it could have been negotiated, we have to keep players active, heck it could have been played in one territory if need be, look like only some of us can see the bigger picture
