the bowlers aint penetrative at all
tt missed a trick resting Seales
@Jumpstart
Nah Seales should’ve been in England playing real cricket but why did they enforce the follow on when they knew the pitch was flat???
They should’ve grounded them in the field now they’ve ended up tiring their own bowlers!!!
The f/o backfired on the Tits. They underestimated the Revo and got ambushed!
@voiceofreason
😂
dawg leeward wasn’t in a winning position….for any of the 12 days of this series.
I thought that it was CWI who decided that they want to rest the premier bowlers to prevent injuries. I doubt it was TnT who decided to rest him.
the same reason seales is not playing England.
@Str8_Drive
I suspect that’s the case. It’s a dumb strategy because most of the bowlers on show ain’t up to international standard. If that was the case then they should have made every pitch a green top to enhance the capabilities of the bowlers….then they’d have had a decent simulation of what to expect once you put on a WI jersey. We might get away this year because Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the same sinking boat as us
@Str8_Drive
They are right not to send him to England. They might run him into the ground. Manage his workload.
@Jumpstart
Look Man allyuh enforced the f/o expecting to win so you all could pass now allyuh have to play Bim in the semis.
@voiceofreason
last time we played Barbados, we beat them inside two days at Kensington homes. That should have been a portent for Sammy but he ignored it and 27 all out happened a few weeks later
i think that the mistake was in not playing Cariah whose leg spin would at least have been different. i hope that they have not broken Phillips who bowled well yet again. Congrats to Leewards, though, who got better with every game but TT should seriously consider playing Cariah instead of JaMo for the Bim match.
@Jumpstart
I agree that they misses a trick.
But hindsight is 20/20
Based on the Leewards performances in the first 2 games,
the selectors most likely thought that the team was a wash-over
Noone really xpected the fight that they showd in the las game.
In hindsight, they missed a trick.
Prior to Sunday, most including me, thought this was a good move.
Resting your premier bowler against a wak team is a good strategy.
Stop thinking in hindsight.
Afterall, Bim's team is weak anyway.
Just that Jamaica team is weaker.
TnT should beat Bim easily.
Bim without Cucaracha, Holder and Hope is extremely weak.
@TanteMerle
My opinion is none of the international bowlers should be resting right now. We have a decent pace/bowling attack, and I don’t think with the exception of Alzarri who’s injured, that there is any excuse for them to not be playing. I want to see our batsmen against the best bowlers in the region because it’s a good gauge of how they will fare against the likes of starc, Cummins, bumrah etc. I understand player management but they should be playing. Just my opinion. A
