Thu, Apr 30, '26 at 9:49 PM

Jason Holder became the first West Indies player to win the Player of the Match award in this IPL season. He delivered a brilliant all-round performance against RCB, which earned him this recognition. Holder took 3 crucial catches, claimed 2 important wickets while conceding very few runs, and also contributed 12 runs off 10 balls with the bat. The West Indies’ finest all-rounder is now making a huge impact in the IPL

Ashwin was telling from the beginning Holder brings more to the table as a player. But they went with Glen philips. GT probably would have won a match or more with him in the side. He is a vastly improved T20 player. Like a lamp post he is taking some great catches , bowls nice variations. Can give impetus down the end.
