2026 PGA Championship

The ugly duckling of golf's major tournaments is underway.

Course looks to be playing relatively easy so far.

I'm going with the big Swede Aberg for the win and his first major title.

I would not have predicted Aaron Rai to win, but he has been playing better.The course played tough and was not a birdie fest. In my opinion every major should be a tough test.

Big up Aaron Rai.

@Chrissy

I dont think anyone seen that coming. Double gloves Rai did well.

Me keep hearing the BBC news,"Aaron Rai first Englishman to win the PGA since 1919",tek a bow Mr.Rai.😀

Played my first round of the season yesterday at a Country Club...... (2nd time playing here) putted like shit.... was about roughly 50% off the tee...... chipping and Iron shots were similar....... all in all A GREAT fcuking day on the course.... esp. when you go to a Company's outing (a buddy of mine) and the round is free, you get a bunch of gears (hats, golf balls, tees, shirts, cigars, etc) all while including a full breakfast, lunch dinner and unlimited supply of adult beverages........

Great way to start my Summer-golfing......

Get out there chaps....... make it happen.

why you left out hitting on the poor cart girls all day long? 😂

At this point I spent so much time in the bushes negotiating with the rabbits and racoons for my balls that I am not motivated to play much. Kudos to those of you who actually enjoy golf. Someone has to keep this pretentious sport going.

lol.

There was only 1 that I saw 3 or 4 times during the entire round (disappointingly unattractive) since there were company carts driving around with overweight dudes bringing the alcohol.

If you have a new/different hobby, then all good...... otherwise, don't give up that easy man..... shorter, straight drives/hit/chips are still better than trying to hit a 4-run homerun everytime.

Zig-zag golf is bad, slow, drains you and your partners hate it... so you have to try taking a little off and get less yardage and that's ok.... I also make the decision upfront if the ball is in the woods or thick ruff whether I'm going to search or not.... I don't want to waste my time and others... I also play mostly with balls I don't mind losing.....

Remember: 'A bad day on the golf course is better than a great day at the office.' 😎
