According to caribbeancricket podcast, Evin Lewis retired during his post match interview.

They said they were advised of this by multiple users in their chat during their post match analysis.

Yes he said it in the interview it’s his last 4 day game. he said the only reason he played 4 day this year was because he told Jason Mohammed he wanted to play with him in his last year.

yeah he did. said it was his last fc game and he basically returned because it was Jason's last season

Evin Lewis was born in Rio Claro, Trinidad and Tobago, and played local domestic club cricket for the Marchin Patriots (Best Moto's Marchin Patriots) in Trinidad's Premier Division Championship.
