If these were instructions from the dressing room it was nonsensical.
This cannot be your powerplay strategy.

Every team knows Quiana plays in this general direction in the air...no rocket science there.
Too many aerial shots, hopefully these two can build an innings and get past 160.
I'm not giving up on Qiana, I asked for her to make the team and I think it was a wise decision. Name a better opener to partner Hayley

Nope, there is a batter in her. That is what the batting coach is there for
@Windiesfan78
Just allow Shermaine Campbelle to open the innings. I have suggested this here before the tournament started: Campbelle to open.
I am sad to say again - Qiana Joseph cannot bat. When I recommended a few years ago that she take her batting more seriously, I meant that she could improve her value to WI cricket by making a few more runs down the order. Qiana was just as good as Mlaba 3 or 4 years ago.
Zaida James would have been a better investment as a batter. As it is her bowling has regressed. Zaida James was a better bowler in the U19 World Cup than she is today. Her batting, although starting from a lower point than her bowling in U19, always had a better upside.

No, can't risk on of our better batters. She is fine at three. We stick with Joseph, she will come good.
Katherine Fraser to Hayley Matthews, out Bowled!! Timber! Fraser has got the big fish! Hayley Matthews wasn't her usual self from the start and she eventually perishes. She premeditates as she makes room to open up the off-side and it the process exposes her stumps. Katherine Fraser is smart to spot that and bowls a slider and it's quicker and flatter in line of the stumps. Matthews tries to cut it through covers but is beaten for pace and hears the death rattle behind. West Indies are in some trouble.
