@velo

Thats all we need and we become world beaters, don't?

@velo

Replace openers with brains.

@WICFan

Where will those come from ?

Saw any in the last 4 day competition?

If I'm on 39, I would taking taking 11 singles to my 50

And they keep pickin them.

The present openers had hundred runs partnerships in the previous Tests, they just need to get back in the mix.

@dayne

Did not realize that no one of first 7 batsmen has average of 30 or better..

This is an indictment on WI cricket. Wow.

I know it is bad but did not realize it is that bad.

@LBW375

Cannot figure out what got into his head.

Fri, Jun 26, '26 at 3:28 PM

The thing is the openers gave us 50, if every partnership after did the same how much would we be for 5?

Fri, Jun 26, '26 at 9:45 PM

@velo

I am watching now...and you know.

The fact that even the comms predicted (MALI) that when they get in the 30s they tend to get brain farts and play loose shots.

BOTH of them did exactly that.

I cannot for the life of me, make any excuses for them being this consistently mediocre when it comes to concentration.

Get a Start- Get Out...Get selected again,

Proff years ago called them 30 sinting men.

The Screen Shot of all of this teams Averages being UNDER 30...

said it all.

That's exactly my thoughts as well.

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any alternative.

@LBW375

Where will those come from ?

I like Karima Gore, he will be good and the youth from Trinidad that scored 90th and 100 in the semi finals. Tage is still a work in progress. McKenzie will challenge for a place and has the mental capacity. I haven't seen enough of the young Barbadians to comment on them.
