Australia Women have won the toss and have opted to field

Pitch and conditions | Ebony Rainford-Brent and Dinesh Karthik: 27 degrees, nice light breeze. 71 meters down the ground, 62 and 64 meters square. It is a lovely good looking pitch. Even covering of grass. Underneath it, it's a little bit dry which tells you that the pitch might not be that high-scoring. There will be some seam movement for the Australian pacers.

Australia Women have won all three previous Women's T20 World Cup finals against England. Their only defeat in a T20 World Cup final came against the West Indies in 2016.

Lucy Hamilton to Amy Jones, out Caught by Georgia Voll!! Edged and taken at short third. Amy Jones cannot believe her luck. It was a driving length for a conventional outside edge behind the wicket. This was actually really full, easier to drive but Amy only manages to thick edge that decided to go where short third was exactly stationed. The ball was so full that people were wondering if it was a bump ball.

Sophie Molineux to Danni Wyatt-Hodge, FOUR, tries to be aggressive and almost missed the ball! The arm ball on the fuller side, Danni steps out for an inside out drive past cover, gets a thick edge that goes between backward point and short third instead

Annabel Sutherland to Nat Sciver-Brunt, FOUR, on the pads, poor line with no one on the long leg fence. They had a fielder at short fine but NSB smartly played it squarer. Deep backward square leg had no chance running to the right

Annabel Sutherland to Danni Wyatt-Hodge, out Caught by Beth Mooney!! Would you believe it? Annabel Sutherland has had a really bad start and still got a wicket. She's fired this short of length delivery down the leg-side, Danni looked to tickle it fine but the ball tickled the batter's glove. Mooney couldn't hold on the first time, it lobbed off the keeper's glove to the left but Mooney was able to recover in time and dive to complete the catch on the second attempt. Wonder how the ump gave that as a wide initially

Sophie Molineux to Alice Capsey, no run, appeal for LBW, not given and the Aussies review. Seemed like glove was involved as well. But we will see anyway. Off the glove, review lost.

Sophie Molineux to Alice Capsey, out Bowled!! Reverse sweep, scoop, reverse sweep again and this time Sophie Molineux knocks her over. Look at her roar. Completely beat the batter for pace. Molineux punches the air and says "come onnn."
