Congrats to the yute on a more than reasonable debut (on figures) condsidering his experience (or lack of) but some of allyuh getting too giddy too fast.....obviously he's not the finished article an like most spinners esp wrist it will take years to perfect his art esp in our disasterous regional environment .....was it a masterstroke to select him by the ego that is Darren Sammmy NO....he just rolled dice in the hope of redressing the balance fuh some of the forced ripe blunders he's made because law of averages dictates one will come off eventually an he will get props from misguided posters on this MB.....going forward it will be interesting to see if the yute plays the entire series but he's a talent an i wish him well.
VITEL LAWES...LETS KEEP IT REAL!!
@CCW
He should at least play the next game. And hopefully he will do well enough to keep his place for the one after that. I agree he is not the finished article and has a far way to go. But man does he spin it. He surely has potential
@spider
Certainly has potential but so did Narine when he burst onto the scene an had ppl thinking he was the answer to our prayers... obviously his art is much more difficult to master than a dart player....so wish him well!!
@CCW
Agree with lots of what you said. To be truthful though, considering he's 19 with no senior cricket experience he seemed to have shown one important trait for success; character.
Haven't watched any cricket since India tour so going off comments/media reports
@Brerzerk
I love that he plays with a smile on his face (like Shamar) which shows he's enjoying his work an hence not uptight an putting too much pressure on himself....obviously the big worry is will he get enough exposure in our ludicrous environment....just imagine if he could get to play even 2nd X1 cricket in England that would aid an accelerate his development!
