Item #1: The number of our top-batsmen who got clean-bowled ... trying to either PREMEDITATE or
INNOVATE.
We got off to a brisk start, however, when spin was introduced and the boundaries dried up, it called for a
DIFFERENT approach.
Instead of trying to attempt the IMPOSSIBLE, we should have shifted to a different approach .....
We should be pushing into spaces for SINGLES. And gradually start to stroke it into the gaps .... for twos and
threes.
To my mind: It was John Campbell's DAY to bat for the West Indies.
I have NEVER witnessed him getting clean bowled, like that before.
