The hardest change is from T20. to ODI or test

I would cut Jason some slack, he is the most experience player in the region, if he is available,he should play, he is better then any in the team

I disagree. I listened to his interview and even the admitted it is difficult to move up in overs
Let's look at the top regional performers and give them a chance
We are persisting with Jangoo and he is rewarding us
Give some others a chance
Right now Holder must stick to T20
He was going to make himself available if he was guaranteed a starting position.
We do not want that energy around the team

Even though it has been only t20, I feel Holder game has grown in the past two years, this can be carried a cross to the other two format, the reason being, his experience, while he playing the best cricket of his life, WI should capitalize, they did invest a lot in him

Listen to the Jason Holder interview . he admitted that t20 alone does not prepare you for longer formats
He said it also requires a higher level of fitness
He will not do well at ODI or Test Cricket
WI Cricket is littered of examples of people who failed to step up from T20 to ODI or test
