I don't think there is any such thing as natural turn. Akeal is an orthodox spinner and normally spins the ball as you said. He didnt try to spin the ball I showed you but it swung in from off because of how the seam was angled. The ball didn't just go with the arm. It swung in to the batsman. It is a ball he bowls all the time
