The foundation dancehall artists were on to something…good clean lyrics and a solid rhythm has global appeal..

The younger generation missed a trick with the plethora of slackness and gun lyrics which may be popular in Jamaica but cant get visas…

Fair point. The estates of Toots and Byron Lee and the Dragonaires. That Toots original and Prince Buster’s Hard Man Fe Dead were my first favorite songs as a kid.
