Absolutely! These guys already have a mark against them because of their origin.
It is a pity that Alick Athanaze did not perform better at this stage. Still young though, so I expect Athanaze to make the West Indies side again.
Hodge on the other hand has a very narrow window of opportunity because of age and so it is essential that he performs. For him it will be a bit harder to get back in if he gets dropped.

Yes you are right. Disappointed in Allick as i expected that with his talent he would be dominating this level. Sill time for him as he is only 27. Hodge on the other hand realises his age disadvantage and is trying to hold on to this position as long as he could. Many on this board was calling for Hodge to be dropped although he scored a century away to NZD just four innings ago. Great he got that warm up knock so he is familiar with the opposition. Like i said we from the smaller islands have lesser rope.
Love to see Hodge bat, man is lovely on that backfoot, reminds me a bit of Sarwan. Needs to get his average over 30. Needs a ton here to keep the haters at bay.

A ton here would help keep him at #3 or #4 for a bit.
Sarwan was my favorite player when he was playing. That boy could bat..... except for that pull shot which usually brought his downfall.
I am not unclear what terminated his career, but he already had 15 test centuries.
