Will his full potential ever be realised....undoubtedly as talented as anybody in Windies but can look a million$$$$ one day an a complete dunce the next.. curious cos he's reasonably intelligent but just doesn't have a batting brain when it comes to assessing situations an playing accordingly ...sometimes i think he feels duty bound to try an entertain an live up to expectations especially when playing at home but more often than not he disappoints....now at 29 can only hope maybe still time to maximise that potential but i suspect in the final analysis he might be regarded as a wasted talent albeit a very wealthy one an i guess that is what matters most.

Hetty last the art of batting when he abandoned red ball cricket, he has never been consistent in white ball, enigma is an under statement where this guy is concerned, all the talent to be one of the greats and he has squandered it, really frustrating

Hetty not only lost the art of batting when he became a t20 player but he wanted to be a finisher rather than a top order batter so all he knows now to do his to swing hard.

He needs to play red ball cricket only then would his batting improve.

Hetty doesn't have the patience or concentration to consistently bat long.

Its the years of coming in at number 6 and having a few overs to bat.

While some guys are natural finishers. Hetty was never one of those guys.

There is still time for him if he is willing to play red ball cricket and work hard. But seeing that the FC season clashes with the IPL I dont see that happening.

Also maybe not serious enough about his game always seems to be skinning he teet even when he out an then walks back rehearsing the shot ....me getting fed wid he antics!!

How so....who could keep out a fully focused Hetty....only Hope Greaves ,an possibly Jangoo.....Hodge is 4 years older an Chase 5 who could lose the captaincy before long!!
