As Jomel Warrican is not cutting it. Just politely tell him it's time to move on and thanks for the contribution. This at least makes way for a quality bowler.

It's an easier move too that would not disrupt team chemistry as Warrican rarely plays and probably would not have played if Alzarri did not decline selection.

Warrican is far from his best self and quite so for some time

Justin has truly settled in as a leader and Seales big him up too for his encouragement to the entire team in the dressing room
