Never get tired of this
@imusic
I have never seen so many men holding their BLADDERS while laughing at his comic Leave alones...
all the while knowing this was a serious situation....
I completely forgot that Sir Gary got up as the pressure was too much for him ha ha ha ha
@powen001
One of the enduring images for me was de dread with a Tam and darkers prancing on the field in post match celebrations.
Another was the 3 schoolgirls (I assume they’re schoolgirls as they appear to be in uniform) jumping up and down as Lara hit the winning runs.
People also forget Sherwin Campbell scored a century in that match. I certainly forgot.
@imusic
And Steve Waugh nearly got his block knocked off with a bottle too post Mcgrath blocking Sherwin to cause that run out...only to be reinstated.
Those were actually waitresses from one of the boxes that went outside to watch the final balls of the match.
That was HIGH Drama and TANTE MERLE could not even Script this one
@powen001
Are you sure you not conflating 2 events? I dont think Sherwin got run out /reinstated in that match....and it wasn't McGrath who barged him. The only reinstatement after a run out I can remember is a one day match. I think it was Fleming who barged Campbell
Thanks for the memories of my favorite batsman...and Lara was there too.😊
@Logic
I sincerely hope I not.. lol.
That 153 was drama cant done and yes Campbell opened...
Ill go dig up
@Logic
You are correct...it was a one day match against Australia not this Test Match...well according to Google...
same series tour...and I watched all the matches in BIM...no wonder.1999

You meant Tanti Merle, not Tante Merle
Tanti Merle is my Aunty from Paul Keens Douglas script.
Paul's script was about a Tie game between Combined Islands and TnT (1975),
which my Aunty Merle attended. 😂
Back on point,
that video had me chocked up.
Thanks for the memories, and
thanks for posting it here.
😊
