CWI needs to take the initiative. Mr. Joseph has publicly stated his position. CWI need to have discussion with both parties as we do not want a public feud. Based on public comments so far I believe CWI should ask the coach to apologize to Mr. Joseph and refrain from making such statement that will cause further financial liabilities for the Board.

Possible sanction for Sammy as he has contradicted the board's position in public. If Sammy refuses then we need to look for another coach. Team harmony is on the line here. We can no longer tolerate these missteps going forward.

I'm in agreement with you...but how do you think Sammy should make it right?.....dis is the thing!!

A simple apology and promise to do better would go a long way. That's it. No bells and whistles.
