It takes a strong personality to steady a flailing ship and that person will clash with other strong personalities. Some rather the ship to be sinking than to see it get back to her northern course. Sammy if you have to throw some overboard, so be it. You doing well, don't worry about Joseph. You is the one that will help him reach his full potential if he ever was to do that. AlJo could have been and perhaps could be an effective bowler and can bat for a bowler but he is sweet, sweet, sweet and seems unable to grow his performances

I don’t care much for his attitude. Cricket is a team sport and even as an individual a player must have a working relationship with his teammates and to a certain extent the coaches etc

I was at the ODI v Eng in Bim when he walked off the field, for what, only he knows. Cos the cappo and the other players did not.

with regard to Sammy, I lost any reason to support Sammy when he seemingly ordered the batsmen to poke for a draw against NZ in NZ recently. It made no sense whatsoever and WI lost that match in retreat not from playing how they normally would.
