Oh, but Narine is? 😄

so you're admitting shoaib isn't a bowler...great. we have an understanding. i don't know why you're referencing people who don't bowl in this chat. weird

Yuh think Inzy and Imran Khan badmind Lara?
I think Murali and Warne know a lot more about spin bowling than them 2

With all due respect to the late Shane Warne and Murali, they were lucky to have come along when the quality of batsmanship had diminished considerably…

Ramadhin, Valentine, Venkat, Prasanna, Bedi, Chandrasekhar and Abdul Qadir were way better spinners. Dont let Samuel Clemens’ stats fool you…

dude Abdul Qadir and Shane warne’s careers almost coincided . Qadir finished in 1991 and Shane warne would debut by the end of the year. Richardson played against both and made runs against none of them consistently. Murali never struggled on turning wickets against anybody consistently except when Lara was at the other end. The fact that both Australia and South Africa went to the subcontinent in the late 90s and early 2000s beat Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka is proof they had to be relatively competent against spin bowling. Murali destroyed them all though. Except Lara. And Lara would have beaten all of those spinners you mentioned to a pulpy mess. Lara had one discomfort against spin bowling….tall leg spinners who delivered from a high trajectory…..anil kumble caused him trouble on a couple occasions. But hey, Viv had been stumped at QPO in 1976 and 1988 versus offies and wasn’t given so

Forget about Shoaib - I'm pleased that you have finally and officially acknowledged that Narine is serial pelter and a cheat.

Now back to Lara v. Viv. Didn't Lionel Baker almost decapitate Lara in the nets as well? 😄

you brought up chuckers in this discussion....you brought up a non bowler as an example that lara was susceptible against fast bowling, then nullified your point by pointing to an encounter with lara and someone who does now bowl
