Rovman Powell: [On the previous performance against Trinbago Knight Riders] I'll mark it 9.5. It's a very good performance against a very good Trinidad team. Tonight provides an opportunity for us to replicate that.
[On the decision to move Kirk McKenzie to the top of the order] I think it was a conversation between me and Bradburn (head coach) at the start, asking what he thinks, we need to inject. he just give me a little bit of input, and I decided that we're gonna go with Kirk McKenzie at the top.
[On changes to the XI] We made one change. Usman Khan comes in for Shayan Jahangir.
Jason Holder: [On the decision to bowl first] Yeah, we're gonna bowl first. It's had a few days to be prepared, a little bit more moisture in terms of watering. Yeah, and obviously it's a good ground to play, apart there's a big dew factor as well too, so we take that into consideration.
[On the team's preparation since their last match] We had a nice team activity, I can tell you that. We got the guys away from cricket, went up to the hills, went to the waterfall. It was a really good day. And then we had some solid days of training. I think everybody's ready for the game. Mentally we're ready for the game, physically we're ready for the game. So, we look forward to the challenge here against the Kingsmen.
[On changes to the XI] One change - Waqar Salamkheil misses out and Nikhil Chaudhary comes in.

Saurabh Netravalkar to Kirk McKenzie, no run, uhhh! That was close. McKenzie had started to walk as everyone was waiting for ball-tracking. But returns as he sees the ball going over. This is a nip-backer and McKenzie is caught in the crease, the ball beats the inside-edge and hits the back pad, above the kneeroll. Height was always an issue but the umpire didn't think so
