28.1

Josh Tongue to Imam, out Caught by Harry Brook!! Good low catch at 2nd slip and Imam-ul-Haq is livid with himself. He swipes the bat at the turf as he walks off. He curses as well. This is full outside off, the sucker delivery, Imam-ul-Haq gets forward to drive and the thick outside-edge is found. It's going low and to the left of Brook who shows great hands to snaffle it. The partnership is broken.

Imam c Harry Brook b Josh Tongue 42(74) [4s-6]

Ollie Robinson to Saud Shakeel, out Lbw!! Saud Shakeel runs out of time and Chris Gaffaney sends him on his way. Shakeel wanted to review but he spent too long discussing it with Abdullah Shafique. This looks a tad high - so we will have to wait for ball-tracking. Shakeel shuffles across and plonks his front pad across, the bat has to come around it and he misses the nipbacker. Hit above the kneeroll and Allahudien Paleker has a good long look before raising the finger. A loud appeal and Ollie Robinson is thrilled the finger went up. The ball-tracking is in and it is going over the stumps. A couple of support staff in the Pakistan camp have seen that ball-tracking and shake their heads.

Saud Shakeel lbw b Ollie Robinson 5(25) [4s-1]

37.3

Ollie Robinson to Abdullah Shafique, out Bowled!! What a bowler Ollie Robinson is. Especially at home. He planted the seed of doubt in Abdullah Shafique's mind with all those scrambled-seam deliveries. Now he bowls the rip-roaring inswinger and Shafique is cleaned up. It's a fine nipbacker, past the back foot block and beating the inside-edge to land on top of middle-stump. You need a special skill to do what Robinson does at his pace. Rightly he is delighted. Shafique who was Pakistan's best batter on view today had no clue to a cracker. Also Jamie Smith standing up played a part in the dismissal as Shafique was not allowed to stand outside his crease.

Abdullah Shafique b Ollie Robinson 61(104) [4s-8]

Looks like we didn't provide the PAKs enough practice during that recent 1-1 series draw.

They're folding like an umbrella (so to speak).
