I see Naeem Shah, Saim Ayub and Shadab Khan playing CPL...They played test cricket before and still young,

Also what happened to Shaheen Afridi? He is still young too.

too much politics in pakistan cricket. pcb, which is state appointed, studying to cuss sky for interviewing imran's children about their sick and imprisoned father rather than actually concentrating of the rapid devolution of the team

I would advise caution when making comments on other nations cricket, just ask Wasim Akram, he had plenty to say about West Indies Cricket in recent times due to us having to face world cup qualifiers, now look at his much vaunted team. Truth be told Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indies and Bangladesh are all on pretty much the same Level and if some get their way with the addition of Ireland and Afghanistan will find each other in tier II of Test Playing Nations

you think he was saying thus because he was trying to kick us when we are down? wasim akram is possibly the biggest fan of the west indies after imran khan. unlike most if not all of the dotties and bajans involved in cricket in the wi management, the decline of the west indies as the leading cricketing power is an immense tragedy, especially for players like akram and imran, who straddled the worlds of nationalism and commercialization, and saw the WI team as the perfect mixture of the two

I dnt give a fcuk about pakistan team ....we got enuff worries with our own.....an would suggest the average Aussie,English an esp Indian fans couldn't careless either!!

The decline of west Indies cricket is indeed a tragedy but it was bound to happen, our rise to a cricketing powerhouse was not expected by many and took them by surprise, many laws were put in place to help curtail our dominance, but even more detrimental to our stay at the top was our own lack of vision and innovation, during the 70s and 80s we remain extremely conservative in how we administered our cricket, going into the 90s and the turn of the century we failed to deal effectively with the changing face of the game and was not only left behind, but by quite a distance.

I will not make comment on who is or is not a fan of west Indies cricket, but Wasim should focus helping Pakistan cricket and cricketers, while we focus on our own which needs lots of fixing

pakistan doesn't want their help and as i told you, pakistani players were massive fans of the west indies. Imran khan went to the mcc, whose members were leading the charge to change the rules to curtail west indian dominance, and called them out. no other player, past or present from any other nation has done that.

problem with many west indians is they like to embrace the wolf in sheep's clothing while castigating their friends because they laid down some hard truths..............mark nicholas and sycld berry versus imran and wasim. i remember after mark nicholas apologized, only after we had won the wc, for calling our players short of brains, how quickly some newspapers were quick to forgive him. this is a dude who has essentially called our players dunce and openly called for the dissolution of the WI into separate territories, which is the equivalent of cricketing suicide, two months before he called the players dunce(the same nicholas who said he couldn't be racist because his best friend was black...a certain Michael Denzil Marshall https://x.com/mcjnicholas/status/582825046168600576) but we in this region are a bunch of pathetic mimic men as naipaul so succinctly pointed out.

@CC Many of us are just cricket lovers and not team FAN-ATICS nor Fan-O-Tics I.e love or support bloodsuckers.
