Keemo Paul to Chris Green, FOUR, maiden CPL fifty. What a time to get it! The skipper has come to the party. This has been a top knock. His team were down and out at 30/5, but he along with de Kock have done an excellent job. He raises his bat and soaks in the applause of the home crowd. Coming to the ball: Slower ball outside off, width on offer and Green throws his bat, slices it over short third and the ball races away

Captain's knock from Green. This is an excellent recovery from the Tridents. It is something to bowl at and give themselves a chance.
From 30 for 5, to the respectable total of 144 for the same 5 wickets, the Bajan franchise deserves to win this.

Hunain Shah to Chris Green, out Quinton de Kock Run Out!! 2 runs completed. de Green sacrifices for the team's cause. This is a full delivery, angled in and Green swings hard, mistimes to deep mid-wicket and the pair race for the second. The throw from Keemo goes to the bowler's end and Hunain does not collect it cleanly. The batters try to nab an extra run but the backing up fielder, picks up the ball cleanly and lobs it to the striker's end, where Morris catches de Kock well short of the crease. That was a brilliant last over from Hunain - just 7 runs.

The coaches that run cricket clubs are clueless about wickets and bowlers.
You have a new wicket , with rain in the morning. Its covered and will sweat and be moist.
To get tremendous movements (swing left/right), the bowler must manipulate the thread of the ball to hit the wicket. The wicket is soft and will grip depending on the center of that ball delivery. If the thread lands more to the right of the ball; the thread will send it in that direction. If it lands on the left it will follow to the left also. The indentation on soft wicket allows such turns.
It happened tonight. Why wasn't Lawes brought in after 5 wickets down?
Notice after the moisture has evaporated the wicket becomes flat.
