I don't recall anyone here saying Rovman is the best captain in the world. What the literate ones here read was that he is the best T20 captain in the region. A loss last night in a finals doesn't dispel that. I will add that he is a significantly better T20 captain than sammy, the cricket imposter, is a coach.
