He is so crampy at the beginning of his innings
He break the flow
Greaves and Campbell were rotating the strike
He is just blocking
Watch Greaves get out trying to score now

I am glad you brought it up. This guy is simply in self-preservation mode all the time. Always looking to defend. This is not how a #3 batsman approaches the game.
Further, running plenty of singles does not help Greaves. What do the decision makers see in this batsman?

I'm guessing it's the territory
Low Islanders picking low islanders
Sammy retire this numbskull of a batsman out. He is as an asset to India

Bruh, I've got no apetite for this insularity stuff. This guy is simply not good enough. I have been saying this for ages.
What does Sammy see in this guy?
He's out...he's out!!

The guy has played 49 ODIs striking @ 75.00. How long again it will take for him to come good.
We have long past the point of diminishing returns. No top batter strikes @ 75 in this modern game.
The thing is he should be a ideal long format batsman but he has struggled in the longer version so i dont know where his career going in wi cricket if he going keep playing like this
When Shai Hope was batting @ a SR of about 70 I criticized him incessantly and he did sometime about it. And I was a big fan of his. We have got to call it as we see it.
