Lawes needs a mentor: CWI has none?

Warne's overarching philosophy was that high-level coaching was redundant for seasoned, world-class athletes.

Ironically, despite his disdain for traditional technical coaches, Warne deeply valued his personal bowling mentor and confidant, Terry Jenner

The "Tune-Up" Sessions: Jenner did not lecture Warne on sports science; instead, he focused entirely on "rhythm and feel." They would spend hours working on tiny physical adjustments, like arm height and grips, to get Warne "spinning up and spinning big" again.

Warne later in life even took on consulting and coaching capacities himself.

Unfortunately Lawes is not a  seasoned, world-class athlete.

Even the best needs a bowling mentor and confidant coach....

Can CWI offer such to diamonds in the rough?

They are great at turning them into charcoal...

NIkita is his mentor . Keep up nah

He needs someone who knows about bowling leg spin like what terry jenner was to warne .nikita miller just is not going to cut it

Unfortunately Lawes needs more than Nikita can offer at this stage of his career...

Lawes needs to play overseas in the English leagues , where help is available.

He has a mentor may not be the best mentor but he has one.

You do not need to be a great player to be a great coach

In fact rarely do great players make great coaches
