Let me try to help Mr. Dammy and co!

Jakeem Pollard and Joshua James should be enrolled in a development program as soon as possible to help accelerate their growth and and get them ready for the next level.

I would assume both are already on developmental contracts, but with the State of our cricket, you can never be sure.

The Josephs and Seales need some help. At this rate, all that bowling is going to lead to burnout.

Things must really be bad.

It shouldn't take much to house a couple of guys and let them train.

Maybe Dammy and his crew need to take a pay cut or trim some of the admin staff. At the end of the day, the players are the product. That's where the money should be going.
