Do the cricket boards have basic understanding of disciplinary processes?
Did they ever have a fair hearing including player rep and make a disciplinary hearing? Was player and rep advised of any disciplinary decision or was he just tossed aside arbitrarily?
If not GCB/CWI HR processes have not evolved beyond Massa's sole decision whether to cut out his slave's tongue or not. Take appropriate action whether mild or severe and move on. This power show leaving ppl hanging is poor
