It's a quiet day in Mayberry, Sammy plant many a corn in the garden, Sammy alive, Sammy alive. ha ha ha.

I think they're caught in a conundrum. Traditionally a spin territory and WI outplayed them in home conditions.
They do have some up and coming seamers, but they would reflect fear and insecurity to prepare one for the pacers. Plus with bat and ball, that'll make WI very competitive.
So I do expect much the same, but with Bangladesh "attempting" to show more resolve and maybe some tactical changes.
Thing is, WI has gained familiarity from Chennai prep and massive confidence from this win.
Let's see how it unfolds

Sarge the Aussies claim that they have developed the know-how to simulate Asian and foreign pitch conditions (I assume, through academia and their learning institutions).
I've said it before, given the importance of cricket to our society, University of the West Indies should be more scientifically invested in our cricket development.
What are your thoughts?
PS
Do we well and truly have a brand of cricket? If so why don't we consolidate it

Bang put out their best side against our B team?
Sammy have to thank the bpwlers for the win, however, next match they have to find someone else to be their first slip fielder, Chase was poor in that position, usually Greaves and Hodge are dependable fielding there

I will be first to admit.
The way we batted against the Spin was very impressive.
I am tempted to say its one of the best times I have seen good Batting against Spin by several players and not just LARA saving the day or HETTY or Shai.
I inserted Lara in there because thats how long WI have been tormented by Spin bowling ad nauseum.
Since Lara, only Shai and Hetty in particular seemed competent against Spin.
I was very happy for King and Campbell especially....Chanderpaul digging in.
Batting Coach should be happy...ah hem..HE TOO used to be competent against Spin - one Mr Floyd Reifer.
