When Admin sat down with the 70-odd year ole Gordon and threw tough questions under Gordon's rump, what if Gordon had died

lol lol lol lol lol

When people die, it is not a time to be analytical or issue raising or even thoughtful (I had a wife who would do that lol lol ) - It is time to be compassionate, empathetic - to share the pain.

Jesus understood that - when Lazarus died. As he spoke to Martha, did you hear him saying, "hmmm. .. let's analyze this" No, he just wept - (John 11:32-35 - NIV)

32When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, "Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died." 33When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. 34"Where have you laid him?" he asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied. 35Jesus wept. 36Then the Jews said, "See how he loved him!"

Today, then, we weep for Bob, even if we did not know him.
As Inzy said "I told him that we'd discuss it tomorrow, but tomorrow never came."

I would have thought you had a little less emotion but even you are unwilling to think a little outside the box - but am I 100% incorrect? How can people be blaming journalists after what goes on here to in terms of massacring Windies players.

After your ramblings about Jamaicans and certain players you hardly qualify to talk about class.

You cannot take things in the absolute sense like that. You been around long enough to know that - when some say Jamaicans this, Jamaicans that - do you think thet mean that 100% of Jamaicans are this or that?

Hmmm the thread is trying to call to your attention how you live with people and treat them while they are alive. Quite frankly when one is dead it's too late.

Too often we treat other in a terrible way - say the worst possible things - never once stopping to wonder what effect it may have.......and when the person dies we start our cow bawling.

How much did Woolmer know about the betting scandal?

Interesting, because Chris Cowdrey said on the radio today that Woolmer was completely in the dark about the whole thing.

Interesting thread - a topic that certainly deserves proper analysis.
