The investigation into Bob Woolmer's sudden death has taken a frightening turn with reports suggesting the Pakistan coach may have been murdered.
CaribbeanCricket.com has confirmed that West Indies cricketers were told to stay indoors and keep their room doors locked as a result of new information from law enforcement that Woolmer was killed at the hands of an attacker.

HEADLINE: Murder Suspected in Woolmer Death
In reply to CaribbeanCricket.com
Which means somethng fishy is up!
Sickening!
I've lost all my excitement about this tournament with this latest development.
lets stay calm and wait for official word....
In reply to Master_Blaster
The official word is that murder is suspected. What other official word yu talking bout?
In reply to Larr Pullo
Isn't security supposed to be at high alert? You are right, this makes the whole issue even more worrying.
In reply to zimzimma
I guess suspect means its a sure thing...arite you win
In reply to dcbreds
So? Yu think it has to be some crazed fan that broke into his room? It coulda been someone he knows!
There is also the bookie angle to consider!
In reply to dcbreds
Well its supposed to be and there's supposed to be surveillance cameras etc....but who knows.
If it would have spared his life I would even give up the WI win!!!
In reply to zimzimma
the spin is on....
In reply to Larr Pullo
I hope that T&T security have taken note as well. Damn, it is sad that this is now the major story in this World Cup.
In reply to dcbreds
Sadly that will be the case....
This is sick
In reply to Master_Blaster
It simply means they gonna investigate dummy, and that is the official word!
The story has just been updated with new info from the press conference. The official word is that murder is suspected.
_r
The guys at PP are suggesting that there's no way that the tournament can continue if these allegations are proven true and that it should be cancelled or suspended. What do you guys think? You're the ones actually in the WI - the rest of us are not on the spot.
In reply to OZGOD
The show will go on!
In reply to zimzimma
i will just ignore your dummy comment ..but if it makes you feel smart go right ahead...
In reply to OZGOD
It is an interesting point, but I do not think that cancellation is necessary at this time. There is still uncertainty about whether (a) it was a random act; (b) Woolmer knew his alleged attacker; (c) it was an attack precipitated by the loss against Ireland; (d) it was a terrorist attack; (e) it was due to natural causes; etc etc etc.
So as Zimma said, the show MUST go on.
Sorry, I don't believe it.
In reply to dcbreds
I think they are veering away from the "natural causes," otherwise why hold a press conference to talk about suspected murder?
From Cricinfo
I know it's dangerous to indulge in speculation..but
This is very very very unfortunate..sickening!
In reply to OZGOD
would the Olympics or World cup of Soccer be cancelled if something like this happened?
And people wonder why I rant aobut Pakistan cricket?
In reply to zimzimma
Agreed, but I am just putting it out there. Both could occur - someone choking him and dying of a heart attack.
In reply to Master_Blaster Munich Olympics in the 70s went on even though Israeli athletes were murdered..That's the only gloabl sports event which involved tragic murder , that I know of..
In reply to Rovdawg
man....you guys are speculating even more now...while you may be right, do you know something that we don't?
sheesh!
In reply to Surya
exactly..
In reply to Surya
Atlanta Olympics had a murder too.....
In reply to Master_Blaster
If de man was stressed...a likley cause Pak cricket..after all he was the coach. If de man kill heself stress as Pak coach. If de man get kill, I doubt it would be a random ting prolly cricket related..and hello! He was the pak coach
In reply to Larr Pullo OK..Did it involve athletes or coaches or member(s) of national delegation?
I don't recall the specifics and hence the question
In reply to Surya
I think he was referring to the bomb that exploded there.
In reply to Surya
Never heard about Richard Jewell and the Centennial Park bombings?
In reply to zimzimma
I agree. I'm a believer in that the show has to go on - life for everyone else has to go on. We need to mourn, and grieve, but we shouldn't have everything come to a grinding halt as a result of tragedy.
If individual Pakistani players don't want to play, I would respect their decision. If the team doesn't want to play, I would respect their decision too. But I think that the ICC will then need to come up with a contingency plan to make sure that Ireland aren't disadvantaged - after all it's not their fault that Bob passed on, and it would be unfair to them to let their heroic efforts thus far go to waste. Because if Pakistan forfeit, then I think that the onus then falls on Ireland to play better than Zim did against WI. Not quite fair on the Paddies.
Of course, if they beat WI, it could be all moot. Maybe they could swap the days around and play the Ireland-WI match first? It will be a logistical pain, but better than Pakistan forfeiting the match because it comes so close to these revelations.
In reply to Rovdawg
Pakistan has a long history of suspicion of fixing matches. Therefore that theory will be thrown into the mix as well. Imagine WOolmer knowing that Pakistan threw the matches and being in a position to talk.
Personally this whole situation is unfortunate (understatement I know) and the worst thing about it is IF, a random attacker killed Woolmer the implication is for security at a World sporting event in Jamaica and by extension in the Caribbean.
All the goodwill from the grt opening ceremony and all the visuals that drew people to Jamaica will now be turned into a totally different story.
Its a nightmare for everyone involved.
In reply to Master_Blaster
Don't think so. Munich 1972 went on, as did Atlanta 1996. Those were terrorist incidents though, and they didn't want the terrorists to "win".
I suppose the 1994 FIFA WC went on despite Escobar's death.
In reply to Surya
In reply to OZGOD
If it indeed is murder, would we want any type of murderers to hijack the tournament? Isn't it blackmark on the security arrangements?
AH HAAAAA
if yuh tek dis too serious...den yuh really need some chuhch!
In reply to OZGOD The Munich Olympics went on despite the Israeli athletes being murdered. So the World Cup will go on. If Bob Woolmer was murdered it just shows that security has not been at its optimum.
In reply to Admin Ryan, I am sorry to say but this is terrible reporting. How does the Jamaican Deputy Chief of Police treating Woolmer's death as 'suspicious' become as your article says " a frightening turn with reports suggesting the Pakistan coach may have been murdered."
Sorry you are rumour mongering. Shields, the Deputy Chief of Police never actually used the word 'murder'. This is irresponsible journalism.
According to Cricinfo pakistan is not interested in playing the match agaist zimbabwe in the wake of new news. Why did they not wait to release the news till the game is over?
In reply to pufftrini
In reply to Commie
I hope if it's murder, we don't naturally assume it's a Yardie.
First suspects should be a disgruntled Pak fan and/or guest at Pegasus.
Also with the present goings-on in Pakistan on the political scene, don't neglect the Pak ISI.
Given General Pervez Musharraf's connection to Pak's cricket, Woolmer's appointment under his regime, and politics behind Pak cricket, I wouldn't put it past an ISI agent to use the Pak exit from the World Cup to settle some political scores for some interested parties.
Many birds are "killed" - unfortunate term in the circumstances - with this stone. All those crazy fans who wanted his head for such a long time, part of the Pak cricket establishment who never accepted a foreigner, the betting fraternity who might have lost a lot of money, and the general political crisis in Pakistan.
Check the guest list and their background.
In reply to Admin But you and I know that the spokesman for the Jamaican Police, Shields, never said that. He deliberately used the word 'suspicious'.
In reply to pufftrini
So you think the police just called a press conference at almost midnight to simply announce that Woolmer's death is "suspicious?"
Look, Pakistan is supposed to play tomorrow and in all likelihood the team is refusing to play and the news is starting to leak, so the ICC and the Jamaican police are trying to manage the story. In those circumstances what else could "suspicious" mean; especially when the police are obviously not saying all they know?
In reply to Trenchant My friend, at this time, speculation as to the hidden meaning of words used by spokesmen does no one any good. Let us wait until the official results are given before we say that the death is as a result of this or that.
In reply to Commie
Commie if he was murdered, it wasn't by some random attacker, I am willing to bet on that.
From what I know (maybe yammie can confirm)visitors can't get to the guest room floors of the pegasus without having a keycard, so it wouldn't be so easy for just anybody from on the street to get to his room.
In reply to Surya
No, the show must go on IMO. You can't accede to murderers and criminals (assuming that they are involved).
On another note - are there security cameras in hotels? I know you can't have them in rooms for privacy reasons, but what about hallways?
In reply to zimzimma
I have stayed at the Pegasus many times.
Now maybe thats the kind of convo pufftrini was trying to guard against but its relatively easy for someone to go up to a persons room and knock on the door or simply tailgate them into the room.
Having card access can only stop one kind of situation.
We need this story to be confirmed quickly. The Jamaican police should not have had a midnight briefing if all they were going to say is that its looking 'suspicious'.
In reply to Commie
One word
SECURITY
I wonder if it wasn't best for the police/coroner (whoever is the appropriate authority)to just put out a statement saying that the results so far were inconclusive and they were awaiting further tests. And then only hold a press conference when there was more certainty.
In reply to Larr Pullo Well said Pullo
"IF" he was murdered, it had to be some one he knew cause with all the security in place and especially after the loss by a Pakistani team, it would be difficult for a stranger to enter his apartment.
In reply to jala
CC.com is a serious website. Let's stop this wild speculation.
In reply to crapaud people here just asking questions bro su why all the 'serious" crap from you
In reply to zimzimma
I have a bad feeling that a bookie may have lost on this match big time, and paid someone to bump off Mr Woolmer
In reply to zimzimma
The Post Mortem results were inconclusive and people were spreading all sorts of rumours re suicide or murder so they had to hold a press conference.
In reply to cricket_jumbie
You are correct. This has nothing to do with the Pegasus' security. If this turns out not to be natural causes or suicide, it could only be murder as a result of Pakistan's exit from the World Cup.
It could only? Crissy, Chrissy...have you ever heard about coincidence...or the word Random?
Wolmer was in Jamaica, the country with one of the highest murder rate in the world. Remember when Rouseou was attacked in SA, in Jburg (also very high crime rate) was it because West Indies were losing 5-nil? Surprise...an attacker saw an out place stupid looking black man..that was all.
It most likely may related to the Paki exit, but lets not run to judgement. Ok lets rush..its far more juicy.
In reply to Tagwa1
i just hope that ur  was a "typo"

Could be ISI that knocked him off. Because of the early exit.
In reply to althes
Not suicide yuh hear.
What kindah jokey autopsy-ists allyuh have in Jamaica?
"inconclusive?".....sound like the Lucky commission carry out that autopsy..
In reply to ends The Ja Police are doing a good job. They want to be 150% sure before they make a conclusion. Not a thing wrong with that.
In reply to CaribbeanCricket.com
This is a LOAD of unadulterated CRAP!!!! Nothing has been concluded because the lab results are yet to be finalized. If your intent is to sensationalize this sad occurrence then you have failed miserably. No players have been told to stay locked up in their rooms, which makes you a rather purile LIAR!!!
In reply to ends
What letter in the word "inconclusive" don't you understand?? Or is that you are undecided about being stupid or ignorant??
In reply to ends
Ent Anna Nicole autopsy was inconclusive too? Allyuh does only get ears when is ah Caribbean ting. :?
In reply to Fortis
Every web site and newspaper on the planet says Woolmer's death was suspicious.
In reply to OZGOD
Escobar was killed in Colombia.
In reply to jala
So you checked out de hotel? You know wat qualify ah high security?
PHEW!
In reply to Chrissy The Post Mortem results were inconclusive and people were spreading all sorts of rumours re suicide or murder so they had to hold a press conference.
Chrissy????
As a direct result of the press conference there is significant INTENSIFICATION of the rumors!!!!!!!!!.
As far as I am concerned the press conference has worsened the situation and has shown the INCOMPETENCE of whomever decided to hold it.
A question I have is this.
This Deputy Commisioner referred initially to "even back in England" or some such thing. Is he one of the "foreign consultants"?
Why is he speaking and not the Comissioner??
In reply to Trinidave Some of yall in here so naive
In reply to jala
Listen... While TriniD was in Yard dis past weekend, one of TriniD's boys was at de Pegasus Hotel de night after de murd...err...unfortunate "incident" and he had no problems meeting some of de players.
And dis is after de poor man died, when yu'd expect increased security.
Those marks around his neck spell trouble. Even if the toxicology report says he was poisoned, those marks could mean he was forced to drink the poison. Seems like you can bank on the Pakis to provide some controversy.
Anybody see Big_Mac recently??
In reply to denoke
Not if it is an inside job and Woolmer would not have let a stranger into his room.
In reply to Chrissy
Boy this is a serious development. I suspect that if Woolmer was murdered that it would have been by somebody he knew. I will wait for more info to be released by the authorities...

Truly, the center is broken
Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

In reply to Dukes
Didnt the Jamaican police force hire a scotland yard expert to hel improve their capabilities? Maybe one of his tasks is handling the press conferences.
In reply to Dukes
Check yuh PM then give me a tinkle
In reply to Chrissy
You want Dukes to urinate on you?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Lawd what a ting!!! What perversion.....
The tear gas incident in Trinidad pales into insignificance compared to this Jamaican disaster.
The sad part is that a lot of people in the rest of the world are dishonestly misled to believe that Jamaica is the West Indies, so this incident will give the West Indies a bad name.
Jamaica owes the region and the world an explanation of how and why this can happen to a guest in the country. This is not just another tourist mugging or killing. This is high profile person who was supposed to be protected by Jamaica but instead dies in suspicious circumstances.
I hope that there is an explanantion that will leave Jamaica and the region smelling of roses instead of rotting meat.
In reply to redbaron
STFU - not the time for your insular crap
In reply to larafan
if yuh tek dis too serious...den yuh really need some chuhch!
ummmmmmmmm
Riki??? any comments?
In reply to JahJah
no comment, this is ah sad development for ALL of us......
In reply to ProWI
Just trying to figure out what a Jamaican would really have with Bob for them to want to kill him. And if so, poison? If a robbery and ting, nuh beat dung, stab up and coppa shot?
Can't believe people entertaining the "Jamaican" angle in this matter.
In reply to redbaron
This has nothing to do with Jamaica except that all teams in Group D are located here.
In reply to rikiniki
just remembering you calling a certain someone classless for saying certain things on this whole matter but looks like cat got yu tongue this time.
In reply to JahJah
well the comment was made long before there was any word of foul play. I just thought that the timing of the poster's comments were off.
But, you know one can always speculate on what the reaction would have been if it was in TnT. I remember the comments when the tear gas incident took place. Then again one can only speculate ent?
In reply to Tagwa1
and what Jamaica's murder rate have to do with Woolmer's death? You people are disgusting set of bastards eh. This isn't a frigging joke and your attempts to drop this on Jamaica and it's people show us all your motives.
In reply to carib
"Man, Dame Agatha or Ian Fleming need to come back to write dis
Murther most foul-and at the heart of a major sports event with millions at stake"
Really sound like a novel or movie. Tragic and incredible.
In reply to Larr Pullo

In reply to FuzzyWuzzy
Long time I tellin allyuh that redbaron is the most classless person on the planet. Dem want to cuss garyg bout insularity when he never cusses anyone. Garyg is a polite person and the same people who tek a shyt on him love up this lout named Redbaron.
Look at him making baseless assumptions without knowing the entire facts JUST so that he can tek a shyt on a nation of people. This was the sort of thing shytbaron was DYING to see happen.
A hope he happy. More content for him to process and then excrete!
Lets hope that this is not a Murder Case, as that would certainly cast an irremovable shadow over the Worldcup. Death by natural causes is something the Cup maybe able to overcome, but a Murder mystery, not.
In reply to JahJah
Redbaron eh do or say nutten worse than what people does be saying here bout TT. Kidnap victims and dey family is people too. If he so classless, wha bout de scores ah posters dat love to call we kidnappers etc.? Wha bout de posters dat had so much to say when de tear gas incident take place? Me eh see you coming here and callin dem insular and classless.
I not saying RedB right to say ha he say, and ah damn well not saying he wrong either. But dohy come here playing victim, when YOUR mudderskunt is NOT above none ah de insular classless behaviour on this MB.
My advice is to drop de issue.
In reply to Spicy
India Times is a trash sheet but I have to agree that I wondered why that match was being played on a green top. Who could manipulate matches better than those running tounaments.
I suspect WI peeps are way to naive to understand the sordidness of international sport. Were we less naive we might have had extra security on certain hotel floors on Saturday night. While our security peeps were obsessed about terrorism, they appeared to have missed the most dangerous aspect of world cricket - di bookies and match-fixing. Bookies and big time gamblers must have lost big time when Ireland won that match.
In reply to voiceofreason
Dude, it is now. Allyuh want it spoonfed to you?
In reply to Zikdaman
Dottie bro, dey stupid so
In reply to rikiniki
You do realise Ziks is a dottie too.....
In reply to Larr Pullo
no
In reply to voiceofreason
If this thing turns out to be a murder I think it will cast a far greater pall over Pakistan and Pakistani cricket than JA , the Caribbean or the World Cup. For though I aint no cop, it is clearer than clear to me that in no way, shape or form is any Yardie or West Indian involved in this. The only connection that Ja has to this is that it happened there and, if this was indeed foul play, it could have happened any facting where.
But seriously peeps ...... allyuh doan have nothing more constructive to do on this Wednesday morning than spread rumour and gossip over things that NOBODY on this mb not even Christine really know the true story about.
Oono doing both Bob Woolmer and the CWC a huge disservice by indulging in this frenzy of what ifs and maybes. Let the police figure what is what and then we can talk.
In reply to JohnBull
That or the Bookies/big time gamblers.
In reply to Chrissy
I" have to agree that I wondered why that match was being played on a green top. Who could manipulate matches better than those running tounaments."
Hmm. And remember that spinners pitch gainst India at Sabina?
Money can make very strange things happen.
I'm hoping it's not murder...I don't want this to remembered as the WC where Woolmer was murdered...bad enough it will be remembered as the one where Woolmer died...we should all hope it's something other than murder...the fact that a high profile individual died has already given the WC a black-eye which it can't recover from.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahaaaaaaa
Hahahahahahahahaaaaa ....... rikky yuh skunt

In reply to sabina
Yuo know I wondered who wanted Pakistan out of the tournament when I saw the way dat pitch was playing. You know Pakistan upset a lot of peeps at ICC wid dat hair-raising incident.
In reply to rikiniki
I missed the tear gas thing. I don't live on the board and I don't keep up with too much these days. So please, name names. Who made light of the tear gas incident. Did anyone die? Details please.
In reply to Chrissy Remember for a bookie, it is better when there is an upset than when a favourite wins - less money to pay out
In reply to Zikdaman
Hey ziks dont be a prik head! I meant it turns out to be a Case of Murder.
You want it spoonfed??
In reply to Chrissy
If daz de case, why dey mek Ireland bat in de dark against Gul and Sami and dem?
i am surprised that some of the more respected members of this board have decended into such unhelpful speculation.
In reply to rikiniki
Listen dude, stop the foolishness. People on here always call Jamaicans murders. You think I forget when 'certain' people on here were callign Steve Bucknor a theifing murderous Yardie? Is more than 5 times Steve alone get call these nasty names jess coz he mek mistake on de pitch. Then the same set ah people day in day out remind us Jamaicans that we are all drug dealers and murders and nothing good comes out of our country. So why the hell you crying bout the kidnapper carding Trinis get?
This is NOT about dem silly banter deh.
This is about a real life and high profile situation! A SPECIFIC situation. Not about kidnapping and murder in general so please move away from dat.
Redbaron always comments on murderous drug dealing Yardies etc etc but I am not cussing him for THAT. I am cussing him for THIS; This particular situation that he wants RUB in Jamaican faces.
Do you get it now????
In reply to JohnBull
You ok bro?
In reply to JahJah
STEUPS
In reply to JohnBull
I beg to disagree. It will be our Security that the Murderer may or may not have breached(Thats if its an outside job which i doubt). It would be done under our watch.
Realize I say our, as at the end of the Day we all in this together!
In reply to JahJah
What I get now is that you are a hypocrite of the highest order.
In reply to rikiniki
That was some funny shite bro!!

But I sorry man .... that rass was funneeeeeeee no rassss!!!!
In reply to rikiniki
Another dotish Trini skunt!
Exposed!!! Keep out a Dottie Business!
Why should Chrissy know more about Woolmer's death, unless......?
In reply to rikiniki
please explain how I am being a hypocrite????????
I said (SEE IF YOUR DUNCE FOOT IN MOUTH RASS CAN KEEP UP) that this isn't the time to be INSULAR. It's all good and we can cuss when is jamaica playing TnT. But what Redbaron is trying to do is shyt on Jamaica [by] using this incident.
Anyway, please tell me more about the tear gas thing as well as the posters that were guilty of whatever you claining. I don't see why you cannot give me an answer. Who were the posters and what was this incident about and who died. PM me if you have to.
In reply to JohnBull
All in de fUn bro, all in de fun ![]()
VOR....HYMC ![]()
In reply to JahJah
Padnah, I done wid dat. Yuh say yuh eh see nutten about de tear gas incident, so I done.
In reply to Chrissy
I remember how Jamaicans here exulted when the tear gas incident occurred at the T&T Hilton, how they blamed the whole of T&T for it and how they condemned T&T, even though nobody died, or even got injured.
I was just thinking that the same way that Jamaicans here said that Trinidad was responsible for the tear gas incident, perhaps the same principle will apply in this case - that the entire country must be held responsible for whatever incident occurs in the country, and the country is condemned for it.
If Jamaicans here now wish to distance themsleves from that position, I'll be very glad to accept their apologies for having maligned T&T, empathise with them for this sad incident occurring on their soil and agree that Jamaica is not disgraced by it.
The thing is that the playing field must be level. Jamaicans here cannot have their cake and eat it too.
I hope they understand now.
In reply to rikiniki
You fasting macumere skunt!! Always up in Dottie business! 8)
In reply to voiceofreason

so why yu doh tell me? I doh open every thread you know. Only the ones dat appeal to me. I doh have time to open every facting thread and read it like you! I got a life. I got a business to run.
In reply to rikiniki
boss, show me the facting thread about the tear gas ting. I want to see it and count the Jamaicans and others coz I sure is not jess Jamaicans if there were any.
Show me
In reply to redbaron
I hear yuh bro. One Caribbean fi me.
In reply to voiceofreason
What security yuh talking bout, voicey? What watch?
Yuh think ICC standards called for an guard outside each player or coaches room?
Allyuh taking this security thing too far man. Jamaica or the Caribbean not at war with nobody. None of the countries in the comp not at war with nobody. Is not like Israel playing and yuh could reasonably expect some type of terrorist attack or any thing like that.
The security that is in place is 100% up to ICC codes and guidelines, sealed stamped and approved by them.
If someone has broken into Woolmer's room and done him in, God forbid, then that is a tragedy for sure, and a tragedy that we all wish would not have happened on our shores.
But I repeat, if that turns out to be the case it will be more a reflection on the perpetrator than the location because evil of that nature can, and does, happen everywhere.
There's little information to go on to come to any conclusion......Best we wait and see what else is revealed.
In reply to rikiniki
Don't bother with JahJackass, riki.
Is them same Jamaican skuntholes who had everything to say when the tear gas incident occured, not knowing that worse was to come their way.
Up to this time no one has been arrested or charged with any crime in that incident, but that did not stop the Jamaican ignorant asses from dissing T&T.
Now I put the shoe on the other foot for them, see how they feel the pain? Is the only way to make those duncie head jackasses understand how stupid they are/were when the tear gas incident took place. And I make no aoplogy for shining a spotlight on that.
What I sincerely hope is the there is nothing worse to come out of Jamaica for this WC. I advise the superstitious among them to pray real hard to their several gods, real or false, that nothing worse happens there.
And one final piece of advice for them - when your neighbour house on fire, wet yours - nuh laugh like a bunch of dotish hyenas, for you nuh know what in store for you.
In reply to JohnBull
Fair enough....The cuprit, if there is one and he is from foreign, will be held accountable...............but make no mistake the International press/tabloids will find a way to blame lax security...in these so-called laid-back islands.

In reply to JohnBull
Pakistan is a Muslim Country Boss. The Security for them must have been on high-alert, even moreso after that humiliating loss. If this is a Murder( God forbid) lets hope its an inside Job, cause if its outside, is our Security that will look bad.
I not asking yiu, I telling you. International Media waiting anxiously to point their Fingers at us .
In reply to redbaron
show me the thread you stupid battyhole
In reply to FuzzyWuzzy
Ain't that right! And leading the way for them will be the dotish skunts who, for instance, peppered the rum shop with adverse comments about T&T when the tear gas incident took place.
Can you really blame the international press when you skunts led the way?
Fugging hypocrites...
Fuzzy ..... mouth mek fi talk. Those rassholes in the media will find something bad to say about us no matter what. Phuck em all ... let them say whatever dem want.

In reply to JahJah Indeed. Ban him with his narrow-minded crap. All he can see is TRINI. In his view, everyone else in the region is inferior..........the thing is, he actually believes this.
Why should security have been high for Pak cause they are a Muslim country? were you expecting some Israeli or US marines to attack their floor at the Pegasus?
And why should the security have been tighter after the loss? Are you telling me that it was reasonable to expect someone to try and bump Woolmer off cause Ireland beat them?
Dont swallow the brainwash from all these foreigners that we are small time and dont have the technology or smarts to handle an event of this scope yuh ... hear bro!
The region doing a kick ass job with the CWC so far, in all aspects. Everything has been running well smooth excepting, obviously, poor Bob Woolmer's death. So dont take this thing to heart now. It is a tragedy but the blame for it should not be put on our front step at all.

I don't deal with dottie fools...and I especially don't take advice for dottie fools.
HYMC!!!
In reply to FuzzyWuzzy
Conveniently, now that your house is on fire.
I did not hear you shouting from high ground when allyuh were attacking T&T.
HY hypocrite MC!!!!
In reply to jala
you inferior, for sure...to everyone, not just Trinis.
Dogs are always inferior to humans.
In reply to redbaron
Man STFU. You are one to talk. From the day you joined, if a man sneezed in Jamaica you would put it down to the murder rate. Every day you find something bitch about as it pertains to a country outside of TnT.
Crawl back inna yu facting whole yu crotches yu!
I have to go out for a couple hours now, so the mice can play until I get back.
Then is mice to catch.
Play...while you can.
In reply to redbaron

But as usual all you do is spout hate and hate and hate.
Poor Soul
In reply to Dukes
That is just another sad thing Duke.
This policeman Shields is not a red St.Elizabeth Jamaican Shield..this is a white man British "deputy" Shields talking on behalf of Jamaica's black police force.
We are what we are...slavery did one heck ova job on us.
The death of Bob Woolmer is now a main news item for Reuters.

In reply to Tagwa1 Please allow your self to see pass your prejudice mentality.Do someone's race make them automatically incompitent?
In reply to JahJah

In reply to Chrissy Guyana should employ someone like him to help lock away all de crocks and barons here.
In reply to redbaron
The inter island banter and cuss cuss is all good and at times funny to read. frankly I have no probs with you guys and girls doing it, but why is this necessary?
What on earth does Jamaica owe any one, for this unfortunate incident that occured on its shores? That is a most a most tasteless and insensitive comment. They surely are better ways for you to vent your frustrations on the yardies with whom you tangle with regualrly on dis MB and elsewhere for whatever reasons, but this latest from you is extremely low.
And yes I will haul my duttie you know where..thanks!!!!!
In reply to Nekt
Might be international politics before our eyes. Remember nuff foreign governments involved in the security of this World Cup.
In reply to Chrissy Fuh real
If this had happened in Guyana...the Govt would have been severely lambasted
In reply to Chrissy Exfactingly!!!!!! dats y I cannot understand some folks perspective.....
In reply to Nekt
Because it happened in Jamaica and nowhere else.
Using the same principle touted here by Jamaicans (and other hypocrites) that T&T owed an explanation for the tear gas incident because it happened here, Jamaica owes us an explanation for Woolmer's death because it happened there.
So far we've not had one, and it fuelling speculation. Some Jamaicans, out of bad habit, no doubt, even saying it could be murder.
I await a plausible, credible explanation from Jamaica. As long as it not incredible, I will believe it.
In reply to redbaron Too long-winded and silly
In reply to FuzzyWuzzy
I don't care where you from...that not important.
What important is that you display the qualities of a worthless Jamaican and you always in their corner like if you one of them.
That makes it worse - you not even a real one - just a pseudo-Jamaican hypocrite. You are all the more contemptible for that.
You come like JahJackAss - that pseudo-Canadian with the made in Jamaica faux-Canadian passport that he believes separates him from the worst of Jamaica and makes him civilised. The hypocrite pretends to be 100% Jamaican but boasts about faux-Canadian passport and will not live in Jamaica if you give him the whole of Kingston or Montego Bay free of charge.
I live in my country, tear gas and all. I don't abscond to foreign country and from a safe distance shout "Trini to the bone" at the top of what would be hypocritical voice.
I leff that for allyuh to do.
In reply to jala
Dog, I don't speak to dogs except to say marche dog!!!

What I find really funny is dat Jah Jah happen to see me call humble calf classless, yet he didnt see where he fellowmen and other were tracing TT for de tear gas incident.
I not going to brand de whole ah Shamaica for dis sad incident. But ah eh forget for one second how de try to cry we dong for de little incidents BEFORE de WC. You could imagine dey behaviour if it did happen in TT?
In reply to rikiniki

In reply to JahJah
Why I must go looking for stuff for you.
Yuh tink we lying? De archives there, go look for it yuh fcuking self.
In reply to rikiniki
riki, a bus break down in T&T and they went on a rampage...never mind that the wise planners catered for that possibilty and had a backup bus on spot to take the cricketers to their destination.
That did not matter to the skuntholes, but I bet if was in Jamaica they would have no backup bus on spot and the cricketers would probably have been robbed at gunpoint while awaiting alternative transportation.
Let them fret and fume...mih muh care one ass. They dish it out...they have to take it, and I nuh care if they take it with smile or whine like little girls.
Long rope for magga goat...they had their long rope. Now is time to butcher goat...
..ram goat liver mek good mannish water...but not dem own.

How could it be natural causes when blood was splattered all over the walls of his room?
This is so sick.
In reply to jala
Did I ever say anyone was incompetent? Is like Guyana hiring Kleric.
I simply answered someone pointing out that a white European is Deputiy commisioner of the Jamaican police force and he is talking as the fugging commisioner on the world stage representing Jah Jah's and Joseph Hill and Bob Marley's homeland. I find it ironic and since a Black man is very unlikely to be the deputy commisioner of a European police force I find it also amazing and frankly quite cacaholish and insulting to Jamaicans, West Indians and our history.
But then again they took a white coach and made him chief of our most prized institution, the West Indies cricket team..so what the fugg is the Jamaican police force I guess.
As in the post above I reiterate we are some traumatized fuggers by the things that we do. I don't care if he is qualified or not I find it foolish and again just more examples of how colonialism has cacaholed us.
I am clearer to you...now HYMC. ![]()
In reply to JahJah
So make him an advisor..deputy commissioner must be left for people who have committment to their country and people.
BTW has v=crime gone down since Shields was put there? Did you know that he is also being paid higher than Forbes, the commisioner...just confirmed from across the aile.
Redbaron and Jah Jah, allyuh put down allyuh guns. De man was killed in we yard, and we need to stop trying to trivialise it by comparing the incidents in Trini and Jamaica. We could discuss dem issues anudder time.
This whole incident is so sordid. This could be anything from a burglary gone bad to a terrorist act, and everything else in between. Can't believe it happened in the Caribbean.
In reply to Tagwa1
Yes crime has been reduced since he's been appointed DCP. Which Forbes yuh talking bout?
Do you know how his salary is paid???
In reply to jamgirlwhich forbes yuh talking bout? ---- Burnham nuh.
In reply to dcbreds
You calling for put down guns a bit late.
You should have made that call when Jamaicans and others were maligning T&T for the tear gas incident, and then the broken down bus incident.
Having failed to do that, your call now appears to come only because it is Jamaica in the shithole, not T&T.
You can well imagine what would have been the case here if it had taken place in T&T. The Jamaicans would have made mas and there would have been no call for put down guns and no stopping them.
However, because is you asking, I will seriously consider complying...if the Jamaicans here heed your call.
I'll be watching them...if they behave, fine. If not...war as usual...and they already badly wounded, so they better behave, because so far I only brandish gun...min nuh shoot yet.
In reply to Tagwa1
is all bout PR dread. the world will swallow wut the white man tell dem moreso dan de negro man
