The following is the full text of a statement from Jamaica commissioner of police Lucius Thomas on the cause of Bob Woolmer's death:

"Consistent with our approach from the time Pakistani cricket coach, Mr Robert Woolmer was found in his hotel room on Sunday, March 18, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has updated the media on all developments concerning our investigations of this case. In reply to CaribbeanCricket.com Man-o-man this is some shite, when did we sunk to this level of depravity? To lose your life because the team you coach lose a couple of cricket matches, this is insane.

As per today's Globe and Mail , these are the four (4) theories in circulation

1. A robbery: Nothing was stolen, there was no sign of a forced entry to his room and Bob Woolmer most likely knew his killer or killers, police said yesterday.

2. Fan seeks revenge: No supporting evidence, but Pakistan's loss to Ireland was a major national humiliation. At least two people are thought to have to helped choke Mr. Woolmer to death.

3. Team plot: All 22 Pakistan team members willingly supplied DNA samples and gave police interviews, and all are expected to be allowed to fly home this weekend.

4. Professional hit: As of last night, this thesis, which would see Mr. Woolmer prevented from blowing the whistle on corruption and match-fixing in international cricket, remained most prevalent.

My question:

Have they checked the names on the flights out of Jamaica the day of and day after the murder?
