A West Indies cricketer partying at the Bananas night club in Grenada on Friday night was accosted and threatened by an angry fan brandishing a gun, according to information reaching CaribbeanCricket.com.
The player was part of a group of mostly Trinidadian players at the club when "an obviously intoxicated man," firearm in hand, used threatening language in an aggressive manner.

The firearm firearm has been seized by the police and the man is in custody.
Editing error unless it was a special firearm

Us fans too easy they needed fans like the Indians and Pakis...damn no good.. money hungry pack of losers
only know to hang out and party and womanize and play like gyuls on the cricket field
As far as I am concerned they should just disband the team and let everyone go their separate ways

In reply to CaribbeanCricket.com Thanks for the info my apologies to the player/players and as a Grenadian I hope the police lock up that drunk dumb punk for embarrassing our country. I would have no problem with him being locked up for the entire duration of the WC in Grenada he could have his day in court after.
