Look at how many people failed to do anything with the almost the set of players
-Viv Richards failed to make an impact as Chairman of selectors..Those who are pointing that BK had the magic wand, didn't Viv have the magic wand too, in terms of who plays and who doesn't?
-Clive Lioyd has tried in the past and is "trying" now.. I am sure it's all trying for him..
-Let's give a benefit of doubt to Logie and Harper
-Lara failed to inspire..It's disgusting that this group failed to learn from the Greatest of them all when it comes to building an innings
-Everyone's favorite punchbag BK failed, ofcourse..
Listen people, the only wins that this set of players seem capable is when WIPA and WICB go to arbitration.
When so many people failed, probabably it's time to look in the direction of the players and do something about it

In reply to Surya There are people here with an agenda to oust BK simply because of his tan or lack thereof. Nothing more nothing less.

In reply to furry

Predictable enough that you would ghet your knickers in a bunch, furball, but by remaining silent, not only did King further the erosiion of the situation, he also damaged his reputation by demonstrating his inability to get things done, especially those things that he had been touted as specifically b eing able to do.

I grantyou that future potential employers would more than likely take into account the West Indies situation as a whole, as opposed to picking out BK's role in it, but it's unlikey that he will be allowed to continue in international cricket as a head coach; not until he does a stint in grade cricket, or at an academy.

I find it amazing that Admin blames BK because the PLAYERS refuysed to follow his diectives on fitness , on diet & on taining. Is there NOTHING that the players are responsible for, in truth?

BK was able to win three Queensland championships in a row in the most competitive FC competition on earth.Apparently those players were ale to listen to thim and thrive, despite his "poor people skills." One of theose players-Matt Hayden-was able under BK guidance to cure his poor footwork technique and went on to terrorize bowlers all over the world.Contrast that result with Chris Gayle , somebody who just doesnt do off series training.
As the coaches report said, the retainer contracts did not require the players to engage in off series training, so the coach was unable to sanction trhe players for the falure to follow his fitness regimen. THat-plus the players sheer laziness is why BK did not succeed.
" Poor people skills"?? WHAT NONSENSE!!
You should also consider the two & a half years of labor chaos that has engulfed BK since day one. With all that happened, its a miracle that he accomplished anything at all.

I call BS on the idea that BKs silence eroded anyting. PLayer laziness is what caused the situation, nothing else.Had the coaches report com4e out earlier, we would havesimply had earlier player denials that anything was wrong, such as Sarwans denial the other day
