It is slowly getting to the stage where women should take over the WICB.
The old boys club is no longer functioning, no longer of sound mind and continue to have a massa mentality towards players and spectators alike.
Regional boards have to change, which means more of us have to get involved in club cricket and vote these guys out.
Anyone who advocates confidentiality and accountability in the same sentence, needs to go!
