There were times when his action seemed ok. When he was really bowling fast, however, like in Antigua againstAustralia, it looked bad.

I think t the end his action was ok, but by then, as the writer points out, he had lost confidence. Agree with him that he got ZERO support from the board too.

Close to the end I watched him at a game at Alpart and thought his action looked reasonable. Everyone around me however, thought it was terrible.

Would think that an organization like USA Cricket would take an interest...but i guess not.

What happened to US cricket anyway?

Mi nuh bother wid 'bowling action' threads generally because most of the folks who shout loudest cannot summarize the rule to save dem life. It's all about how it looks.

The offside rule in football is almost as bad when it comes to attracting 'fool fool' comments.

Just about pic 6..maybe a little frame or two further ahead but below pic 7 is where the delivery action begins. From there it counts.

Actually, the point of judgement starts at shoulder height to the point of delivery. That starts at pic 7 and finishes before pic 8. In other words, it cannot be judged from the pics shown.
