Agreed, if she had just tan and change her hair style, she would have kept the healthy attractive look, but the surgeries to her body make her look very sick and her augmented milk size is actually dangerous to her health.
I prefer if people accept the way they were born, I take her sincerity of liking Black peoples and it is nice indeed, but not sure why she felt the need to do surgery.
There are many way to show your love and appreciation to a ethnic group that is different from your.
