Teams have until 23 April to announce their sides, and can continue making adjustments until 23 May for eventualities such as injury to players.

The board do this all the time even if it just a regular series we never name our team like 2 or 3 weeks ahead like other countries we as supporters needs this to have conversations like we are doing now but instead we have to be talking about other countries teams.

I suspect the performance and fitness of our IPL players is the only thing delaying the team selection.
If IPL is being used to add the "cream" to the team based from and fitness, the selectors have probably decided that the later they select the better.

What happens if a squad is not selected by the deadline date? Would the ICC impose a fine or disqualify said squad from participating in the WC?
