Kawhi Leonard Has Reportedly Purchased Property In Toronto

Few things in NBA free agency rumor circles spark more speculation than real estate. It usually goes something like: Player X has bought a house in City Y so he’s obviously signing with Team Z.

The NBA’s upcoming free agency class is a massive one, so there’s already been plenty of speculation fueled by property records.

Kyrie Irving has reportedly purchased a home back in the New York City area, while Kevin Durant is rumored to have relocated his company’s headquarters to the Big Apple.

Now, we have a Kawhi Leonard update.

A Toronto sports radio host said this week that Leonard has reportedly purchased property in Toronto.

“We have heard he’s purchased a property in Toronto,” Michael Landsberg said on Toronto 1050. “We’ve heard this now from two different sources, indicating there’s something there.”

Radio host? Steeuuupppss!

The better basketball move is to remain in Toronto!

The West is still stacked now Zion is also about to call it home!

If Durant moves East, then with the right team he could make a run....Houston?

But the East means a guaranteed run. Although the experts too realize he can't carry the load as he needs to in Toronto. Just limited in his physical ability now.

That may play a part. It was reported yesterday that he played 63 games this year...most ever in his career....brittle!

So...but the Raps have no option to add talent, therefore if he comes back he will have to carry the load again!

Unless Siakam makes great strides to consisstency.

Most people who hang around in the city of Toronto will eventually love the place.

Rich people who hang around LA also love the place.

The dude is from there! You actually think he could love Toronto more?

The only reason the guy stays there is 1)Max contract. With his health it is his chance to cash in.
2) Basketball. Easier to achieve his goal in the East!

CITYBOY 2019-06-04 13:46:38

HOla...noooooo most like Toronto...we have our issues but everyone irrespective of money, color sexual preference is treated most of the time with respect and dignity...there is a very small minority that ..well you know..but America there is no small minority of bigotry and hate...damn its dominant right here on this forum by some water wash West Indians who think they are whitewashed and not VISIBLE...you know who you are.

Yeah, that's why Bosh left to Miami and no big name player wants to go there.

You all act like these athletes have the same life experiences as the common man.

Rich people like. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

All this biased nonsensical arguments show how you people only look at issues from your perspective!

You Windians yourselves would high tail it outta there if you were filthy rich and popular!

Besides, Americans, BLACK AMERICANS, love their Culture and are one of the most reluctant to leave their 'safespace'!

lol...This from the same guy who argues that Lebron is gfreat solely based on the fact he has been to 8 straight finals.

Good lord!

Go look up the 20 best players in the NBA...if 5 are from the Eastern Conference there is'nt 7!

But then again you are not an objective individual...you just imagine things and blind yourself to reality.

WI_cricfan 2019-06-04 16:13:38

which sensible person will chose that $hithole over Toronto

If all these best players in the Western conference, how come GSW always winning

You don't know basketball if you don't think LeBron is one of the best players in the NBA...top 5 all time greatest...and I am not the only one saying that, check all the rankings of all time greatest players in NBA

You just an idiot who just come up with garbage reasonings as you go.

Who said Lebron is not one of the best players in the NBA?

If all these best players in the Western conference, how come GSW always winning

Absent the complete idiocy and lack of intelligence behind that statement, if Lebron is the best player ever in the NBA how come he lost all those Championships?

tigga 2019-06-04 19:37:00

Toronto Sucks weather wise. Unless you are a house fowl this is a limitation.

These guys analyze by putting their subject in their shoes.

They would suck at marketing.

Learn to put yourself in others shoes! Then you get it right...or at least better your chances!

The people who left Kingston, Port of Spain, Bridgetown or Georgetown for Toronto may think it's the bees knees...

Had they left those places for Basseterre, and had the opportunity to be King of Basseterre or their home city, which would they choose?

Tom Brady lost a few championships as well....

To be a champion, you have to put yourself in that position....which LeBron has done 9 times...

Top 5 all time...read it and weep you loser

lol lol lol

Tom Brady also won more than he lost, which is why he deserves the mantle...

I think pound for pound Manning was a much better qb then Brady....but Brady knew how to win and showed it more often than not!

He beat everyone he came up against more than they beat him! Undeniable...and am not a fan!

Your boy lost more than he won while cherry picking his teams!

The Warriors came from nothing to dynasty on just the draft and surpassed him in his prime!

Hee is nothing like Brady!

Ayenmol 2019-06-05 15:09:13

Btw, his cherry picking makes him the antithesis of Brady, Manning and Jordan!

Guys who paid their dues and overcame with whatever decision management made!

Lackeys like you to dense to see that very important distinction.

How many Afc appearances did Manning have?

How many NFC appearances did McNabb have?

Jordan has Championships!

Lebron has appearances because he played in a Conference where he was the only real Star.

You yourself claim the Warriors are nothing because there are no stars in the West or else they would not be winning all the time...while they were winning against the very player you holding up as the best because he was dominating his lackluster Conference but could not win when facing the other Conference best!

You have no shame and have no argument!

Be gone !

Last I checked there were some questionable happenings in there beyond basketball.

But then last I checked he lost to them three times too...

Last I checked he lost 6 of 9 times even though he hand picks teams like no one EVER has!

Last checked, when he actually played in the better Conference, he broke down and could not navigate the rigors of bringing it every night!

But, objectivity.

Was he cloned and there were 4 other versions of him on the court?

Ayenmol 2019-06-05 20:19:17

In reply to JahJah

Was there 4 other versions of Michael?

Point is you can't say his greatness is defined by 8 finals appearances then claim his team was not good enough to win.

Particularly for a guy who had his hand in every front office move.

Anyway am done arguing with you two dopes.
