This is quite a surprise. France defeats the US!

This has big implications for international basketball. The US was pretty much going through the motions as the best hoops country on the planet (for good reason), will this spur the Americans to heavily pursue Harden, Westbrook, Curry, Kawhi and the like for the next Olympics?

Think Argentina has defeated the US in the past during the Olympics, but really and truly the US will always win 9 out of 10 times, there will always be that rare moment they lose.

Feget the basket ball – I keep looking for the Trini coast Guard helicopters descending on the Bahamas to to help with the search and rescue effort – but so far nada – whats going on here – only the US ---- well forget about Trump and Steve Miller – they don’t represent the US sentiments – just their own interests. But where is Trinidad in this Bahamas time of need?

That's not cool at all. I get that officials can be stressed and under pressure, etc, and of course are only human,... but if we have the technology, resources, etc, let's use it.
