I have been married close to 22 years....i have had attractions to other women....i talk to my wife about it and boom...the feeling is gone.
Amazing...when you are honest about it then you all can build and support each other and you find that keeping the secret was more powerful than being honest.
Soon as you tell, the feeling of longing is gone and your priorities and sensibilities are restored.
