That crap proposal is going nowhere. = Clark's suggestion is absolute rubbish -all he is trying to do is blame women for domestic violence.

As a feminist i.e. supporter of Women's rights I would like to remind Mr. Clarke that every woman who bore a child as a result of cheating on her spouse cheated with another man. What is his proposal for tracking down that man and have him take responsibility?

When the US and Canada started requesting paternity test when filing for children, all hell bruk loose in the Yard. all kinda sport jackets, 3 piece suit, some slim fit some regular fit and some darn questionable fitting ones started showing up a plenty.
