So you are watching then?

One ting you have to give to the Pommies is they know how to do pomp and pageantry extremely well.

I watch all political events and yes no one does fairy tales wid pomp, splendor and BS better than the Brits..

There is only one ting Liz facilitated on dis planet- female leadership across the globe. Indira and Golda were the first and not to be Truss’ted’ the latest.

Never in their fairy tales ceremonies- notice how only females read di lessons and two were of Afro origin- symbolism keeps they myths going.
Dem racist songs were reserved for football and cricket. We banned di Rule One at our cricket grounds.

My best joke was when some Brits put up dem flags in front of our seats before we arrived at ‘bina. I went to di inspector of police and told him that I would be removing it. He agreed. Dat was so much freaking fun. Did we ever laugh. And Taylor tore through dem.
lol lol lol

Just heard on my drive in the work that is a recent phenomenon, it only started in the 20th Century. Whereas the Italian/Romans been doing with style and panache for centuries.

Europeans stole most of the ceremonial stuff and di numerology associated with it from Africa and Asia.

Chrissy scoring points against your PM.

It was appropriate for the head of the Commomwealth, Baroness Scotland should do one of the readings at the Church service.

Other than the British PM, I don’t believe any other head of govt gave a reading.

In reply to Chrissy I came late to the party. Obvious omission of female leaders is the one who came before Gandhi and Meir--Sirimavo Bandaranaike.

Watched the thing stood out for me , apparent lack of diversity in armed forces....did not see many non-white faces and am surprised that even if there are only a few, they were not prominently showcased if only to present the illusion of inclusiveness...
