Shaka Hislop 'conscious' after collapsing on air
Wow, didnt know that. All the best to him.
In reply to nitro
Damn. Get well Shaka
In reply to nitro
He and his brother are good people. Hope he's recovering and doing well.
In reply to nitro
Hopefully its just fatigue
Get well soon
I enjoy listening to his football analysis on ESPN
In reply to FanAttick
The Scottish guy with glasses is the best of the lot
In reply to FanAttick
I hope that's all it is also but we're seeing a rise of many healthy looking people like Shaka inexplicably dropping like flies all over the place. I'm praying for my guy.

In reply to FanAttick
He is a brilliant analyst.
In reply to nitro
Shaka gives an update on his situation
In reply to FanAttick
Great.
In reply to FanAttick
Still a head scratcher but he did say he has to talk to his doctors to get a full analysis of his condition.
In reply to DukeStreet
Are we seeing a rise?
In reply to Halliwell
yes
In reply to DukeStreet
do you know whether he was vaccinated?
In reply to DukeStreet
Point me to some statistics please
In reply to sudden
Who knows? The next time I see him, I will ask him, just for you.
Most people in his profession and position were indeed vaccinated and most media companies had it as a requirement. So, based on that, do your math and come up with something.
In reply to DukeStreet
Again
Numbers please
Not anecdotes
Humans are notorious for creating stats
In reply to DukeStreet
perhaps? it would be effective to know whether other people employed by the same company were vaccinated and if they were how many got sick, fainted or died recently?
before Covid there was a big stink about people collapsing and dying just so in Bim
i wonder whether the numbers are higher now?
In reply to Halliwell
I wish I had all day to post sources and stats, man, but I really don't. The evidence is out there but they are not willing to talk about it. Only the brave souls are exposing what's right in front of us. Hopefully others can see it because it's as plain as daylight.
1. Like I mentioned, there has been a definite uptick in cardiovascular issues and/or "excess deaths" around the world. In some countries, it is not so bad but in quite a few, the higher than normal rate is consistently similar.
Excess Mortality in England
2. More UK data....Registered deaths in the UK
3. Autopsy Proven Fatal COVID-19 Vaccine-Induced Myocarditis
4. Why are excess deaths still so high?
5. This is more for Sudden - Pentagon confirms: Myocarditis diagnoses skyrocketed among U.S. troops after the COVID-19 vaccine was rolled out
6. 151% Increase in myocarditis in 2021, US military confirms
7. Case Report: mRNA Spike protein found in heart of deceased man
8. More hard data [PEER REVIEWED]...Spike protein found post mRNA vax, myocarditis
9. Dr. John Campbell digs more into microscopic causes of death
Like I said, the evidence is out there. You just have to put 2 and 2 together because none of the people you would expect to study and debate this are actually doing it. The silence and lack of accountability from up above is quite deafening, but hey, I don't expect anything more from them.
In reply to DukeStreet
thanks for that.
i have heard of people coming down with blood-clots but to tell the truth i know of people having clots before the vaccine
there will be always those that are negatively affected by vaccines. i know of a few people who were affected by the polio vaccines when i was young and one person who was crippled from the Hepatitis vaccine.
so i have no doubt that people will be negatively impacted by the covid vaccines.
how many are affected i dont know.
are you only posting about the mRNA vaccines?
In reply to sudden
The conspiracy theorists believe there was no talk of Blood clots before the vaccine...unless you were hanging around a lot of Jamaicans.

In reply to sudden
You're welcome. The good news is that even though the numbers have been higher, post-COVID, they are actually trending down. Thank God. The big question is what are lessons learned? What can the government and medical community do differently given a similar circumstance? Why has there been a lack of transparency and accountability concerning adverse effects and deaths from COVID or the vax? So many questions and so little answers.
In reply to DukeStreet
Is it because scientific facts and theories are not decided overnight? It takes time.
In reply to Trex
Partly true but when you have peer reviewed studies staring at you in yo damn face and you turn the other cheek, it is downright disingenuous and intellectually dishonest for most to take. Come again, my guy. You know better than this.
In reply to DukeStreet
You are speaking to someone who took both the vaccine and the horse medicine.
I prefer to hedge my bets for survival.
In reply to Trex
We are not talking about your survival and hedging bets. The issue is transparency in the face of facts. It is hypocritical to say the vax is safe to take but be silent on proof of debilitating effects of the vax. It speaks volumes of whatever narrative they are trying to push.
In reply to DukeStreet
are you only referring the reported negative effects of the mRNA vaccines?
if so, do we know if the negative effects are relative to one dose, 2 or 3?
why only the mRNA?
are there reported side effects from the others?
are you only examining deaths and illnesses in the USA?
why not Israel and Europe which were heavily vaccinated?
In reply to DukeStreet
Good thing I got my facts from some well trained doctors...not from the internet.
I take it you don't eat any fast food, meat full of hormones or mass produced foods. For sure they are far deadlier that the vaccine.
In reply to Trex
Ahhh, my boy, Trex...so full of suppositions and nothing to go on. You say you get your facts from well trained doctors but yet make assumptions on what I eat and it's effect on my body. Full of contradictions, I see.
In reply to sudden

there are other studies alluding to what you are asking. As I said, I don't have the time to list these studies. Maybe before the end of the week if I get some free time.
In reply to DukeStreet
I am willing to listen to scientific findings ..but if you can't see why people won't question some of these 'sources' you have quoted there...not sure what to say to you.
I am keeping my eyes open..but let me give a sample of how data could be misinterpreted. There was a youngish policeman here who had a congenital heart issue ..but he loved football. He was supposed to head to Cuba to do surgery ..but travel was delayed because of the pandemic. He was playing football anyway one day and collapsed on the field and died. Of course the public did not know about his congenital condition so the natural thing was to blame the vax. Soo...the question is ..how many of those type of incidents are we seeing.
My only recourse is to depend on properly done research ..that is not to say I will ignore empirical evidence before my eyes..but I am not there yet. ..and frankly That John Campbell guy is not exactly a disinterested party with respect to blaming vaccination on deaths...I would be surprised if he is not facing a few lawsuits from families of loved ones who listened to him about not being vaccinated and subsequently died of Covid.
In reply to Cheeks
I hope you are a numbers guy because I am a scientist and I sleep with numbers..lol. Anyway, this guy had a known comorbidity so his time was limited any which way you look at it. You just need to stop, take off the blinders and look at the hard data. The hard data indicates that since 2019-2020, the cases and or deaths related to cardiovascular issues have risen dramatically. Now, you can say they may be Covid related but if you do so, you must also look at other factors, simply because the Covid related cases have dwindled, with time.
You also need to ask yourself:why? What has caused the dramatic increase? It there a correlation or is it causal or a combination of both? The recent reports indicates causal more than correlation, which is damning.
I think you need to study some of the hard data presented in some of my links. Again, it's just data but there is not enough discussion being done to look at what's really been going on.
Just throw in the towel.

What are you saying?
Follow DStreet and explain
In reply to DukeStreet
Is this all over or USA?
In reply to sudden
It's pretty much all over the place although I must say the numbers are leveling off in the US and some other places like Canada etc but still prevalent in the UK, Australia etc. I suspect it's due to when they had their peak outbreaks versus other places. The myocarditis and cardiovascular issues, however, will persist for years.
Confirmation bias is a helluva thing.
In reply to Cheeks
Indeed
More proof that belief confirmation is wreaking havoc in this cognitive dissonance world we live in.
