do upgrading repairs on a runway in the middle of the busiest week for what is called summer travel in the Yard. People were returning from vacation back to foreign - others were returning home including some of the reggae girlz. This madness at Sangster today is totally unacceptable.People vex yuh see

Bare stupidness and incompetence. A few weeks ago was some electrical crap at NMA - airports cannot be privatized - simple.

Emergency repairs could be done 1am to 5am each morning with enough cleaning up to ensure a smooth day's operation.
The last exit to my home on a freeway that runs from the end of Northern Cali to New York is closed for just 4 weekends to effect repairs to a 2 mile stretch of road. On the weekends there is very little inconvenience and alternative routes are very clear. The alternative to the four weekends would've been 6 months of fulltime weekday regular hours work. Planning, Planning, Planning, planning.
