Recap: Otzi was found in what is now the Italian Alps- perfectly frozen and scientist concluded he was 5300 years old. They were excited to have have finally found a White European from the bronze age, and all kinds of accolades were attributed to the greatness of this man when juxtaposed against other ancient humans from Africa for example.
Now, they have re-examined his DNA using modern technology and wham it is discovered he has dark skin and was not European.
