We have had decades long structural, unemployment running around 24%, and without any obvious source of new employment, they are reporting 4.5% rate? That lady is a three card man! wink

Yesterday someone shared tiktok vid of a young Jamaican complaining about college graduates having to work in call centers as operators. He was lamenting the hyperfocus on academic qualifications and the lack of focus on vocational skills. Sounds like a challenge in most if not all of the Caribbean.
